Part-Time Court Monitor

Job Location: 40 Tournament Park Dr., Toronto, ON

Duties

• Answer member inquiries over the phone
• Assist members with club related concerns or direct them to the appropriate party
• Actively engage with members to make sure they are having a good experience and relay member feedback
• Check court bookings against members playing on court
• Provide support for programs or events
• Maintain clubhouse, washroom and tennis courts as required
• Take out garbage bins to curb on Friday
• Lock up clubhouse and washrooms at end of shift
• Sell Club merchandise as required
• Other duties as directed

Qualifications

• Basic Knowledge of tennis
• Customer service skills
• Computer skills, Word, Excel
• Math skills
• Organizational skills
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred

References and Police background check required. Candidates must have no criminal record for which a pardon has been granted.

 

Salary: $18-$20/hr, depending on experience

Job Type: Part-time, 10 hours or more per week

Job Term: May-August 2026

Report to:  Club manager

Expected Start Date: May 4^th, 2026
